Some of Victoria’s Secret’s biggest model names–and hottest bods–could be noticeably absent from this year’s runway show, according to new rumors. The New York Post is reporting that “scantily-pantied steadies” (too good not to quote) Erin Heatherton, Jourdan Dunn, Cara Delevingne, and Anne V. won’t be blowing air kisses down the runway come Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show time.
Should the rumors prove true, we wouldn’t be surprised about Anne V.–Adam Levine’s former flame (he’s now engaged to AngelBehati Prinsloo… awkward) didn’t walk in last year’s show, either. And as much as we enjoyed watching Dunn and Delevingne canoodle onstage with the Biebs, they were both first-time walkers last year–maybe they don’t feel as committed to the lingerie brand. Plus, as in demand high-fashion models, they’ve likely got loads on their plates as is.
However, we are a bit perplexed and sad to hear that Heatherton could be taking a pass. ThePost alleges that the blonde stunner has been “difficult to work with.” But as someone who’s had the pleasure of working with her on several occasions, I’ve always considered her one of the sweetest, most genuine of all the VS girls–qualities that can be hard to come by in this industry. I guess what I’m trying to say is… I LOVE YOU, ERIN HEATHERTON. DON’T DO THIS!
Come to think of it, though, Heatherton’s name was suspiciously absent from the roster in a press release we received recently regarding the show’s taping:
“The show will feature VS Supermodels Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson, Lily Aldridge, Behati Prinsloo plus more to be named.”
Then again, the Post‘s source is also saying that Miranda Kerr “most likely will be walking” in the show–despite the fact that Kerr told us last week that she definitely isn’t.
